Gift of Strength - One Week - $185 Free • Unlimited visits for 2 weeks • An Introduction to Starting Strength. Learn to squat, press, and deadlift. Great for a friend or family member that is new to barbell training or has been training without a coach. Comes with one free week of group training (three sessions).
Intro to Starting Strength $185 • 1 visit per Month for 1 month
Summer Student Program $225 • Unlimited visits for 2 weeks • An Introduction to Starting Strength to be used July 26 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. Learn to squat, press, and deadlift. For students ages 13-18. Comes with one free week of group training (three sessions) July 29 through August 2 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm.
